Lambari
Our high-grown 100%
Fairtrade Brazilian beans
provide a rich hearty
flavour, characteristic of a
good burgundy. Pungent
acidity and a robust full
body. Sourced directly from
the Poco Fundo cooperative,
which was formed to develop
family-oriented agriculture.
This co-op has assisted the
local community by
establishing health care,
equipment purchases and
computer education
programmes for children.

Alliance Nectar
A wonderful Fairtrade and
Rainforest Alliance double-certified espresso blend
using 100% Arabica beans
from Brazil, Colombia and
Guatemala. Hand roasted and blended to
create a smooth, sweet
espresso blend, perfect either
for an espresso on its
own, or the ideal foundation for any
white drink. Sweet and mild,
with a syrupy body, yet
perfectly balanced with
delicate notes of caramel,
hazelnut and tones of dark
chocolate.

Seattle Bourbon
This year’s coffee from the
Poco Fundo cooperative is
reserved and balanced. Those
who favour a strong, rich
Seattle-style slowly-roasted
espresso will fall in love
with our Seattle Bourbon.
Full bodied, with
intoxicating flavours of
brown sugar, and layer upon
layer of butterscotch and
toasted almond, with a
strong body and smoky soft
aftertaste making it an
ideal foundation for any

Guatemala delivers soft floral aromatics, Kenya and Ethiopia offer their pungent acidity and winey body, while New Guinea

Mocha Java Reserve
Though most people associate Mocha with chocolate, the Mocha in this blend refers to the ancient port city in Yemen where 17th century European traders bought coffee.
While many coffee shops sell Mocha Java, very few contain the real thing: Yemen Mocha Mattari. This rare bean has been grown and dry-processed the same way for hundreds of years - and it makes up a full 40% of our Mocha Java.
To perfectly balance and elicit the legendary Mocha qualities, we blend it with Java, Costa Rica, and Ethiopia Harrar.
