In addition to the extensive features
of the basic machine, the
Veloce also includes:
- Downward angled espresso handles for an ergonomically better wrist position for the barista
- Long, powerful, pivoting steam wands in stainless steel, with ample free space for those larger foaming jugs
- Manual steam valves require 1 quarter turn from closed to full pressure
- Automatic portion-controlled hot water delivery which can be easily adjusted
- Guaranteed group head and pre-infusion temperature stability for optimum espresso infusion and quality
- Entire frame built from heavy 3mm stainless steel, powder coated in black epoxy
- Available in either a 2 or 3 group version
With the purchase or lease of this machine the following will be included: one year parts and labour warranty
through Ue Coffee Roasters; suitable professional espresso grinder; under-grinder stainless waste coffee drawer;
staff training with a Ue barista; 12kg of Ue Espresso, 6kg of Ue Montecoco chocolate powder; 12 Ue espresso cups
and saucers; 12 Ue cappuccino cups and saucers; 12 Ue latte cups and saucers; and a barista kit which includes
foaming jugs, shaker, cleaning powder and a 58mm stainless steel tamper.
There is a
six to eight-week processing and shipping timeframe from date of order
on these machines.
