Selecting your commercial espresso equipment will be one of the most important and far-reaching decisions you'll make when setting up or re-equipping your coffee bar. Quality and performance should be essential considerations.

Your whole business both revolves around, and depends upon, your espresso machine and grinder. With that in mind, it’s worth investing in superior equipment that will provide you with years of dependable, trouble-free service, whilst also reliably producing the finest espresso for your customers, time after time.

Supplying the world's best espresso machines

Ue Coffee Roasters are official UK distributors for equipment from two of the world’s leading espresso machine manufacturers: the Italian company Vibiemme, and the exquisitely engineered Dutch-made Kees van der Westen machines.

Our espresso machine packages
Every espresso machine is supplied with a 12 months parts and labour warranty. Extended warranties for subsequent years can also be purchased.

Of course we also provide comprehensive technical support and on-site maintenance and repair services as part of our commitment.

Installation & training
Each espresso machine will be installed by a Ue Coffee-qualified coffee machine engineer, and also includes comprehensive barista training for your staff, delivered by one of our very own qualified barista trainers. Most of our competitors will offer barista training from the engineer who installs your machine, however we always insist that our training is carried out by our own, industry-recognised and award-winning barista trainers. Our barista trainers are all experienced professionals within their field who have worked with some of the UK’s finest and leading espresso bars.

Top quality accessories
Your new espresso machine package will include a professional-standard espresso grinder, and you'll also receive a great barista starter-kit, providing you with all the necessary tools to make exceptionally great coffee time after time. The barista kit includes professional foaming jugs, thermometers, knock-out box, cocoa shaker and a hand espresso tamper.

Supply and purchase of your new machine
At Ue Coffee Roasters we believe that by offering a range of flexible supply options we are best placed to provide you with the equipment of your choice, with purchase options to suit your needs and budget.

In addition to selling our espresso machines outright, we also work with leading leasing companies who can offer you the machine of your choice via a lease-rental or lease-purchase package. Leasing can be a great option for some businesses, as you can spread the cost of the equipment over a set period of time and free up your cash flow.

Services required to operate your machine
All espresso machines require a water supply, waste pipe and power supply. Most of our espresso machines will work on a single phase 20 amp power supply, however we will advise you in advance should this be different.

Some of our smaller espresso machines do not require a mains water supply, instead using an inbuilt manual-fill water tank.

We always fully discuss and explore the requirements of every customer in advance, so you fully understand all the options and can be sure you're receiving the best solution for your situation.

We also strongly recommend that all espresso machines are fitted with a professional CTU (Calcium Treatment Unit) to aid in the softening and filtration of the water that’s feeding your machine. These systems commonly prevent lime scale problems, and help to prolong the life of your machine.

If you need advice about your equipment requirements, or you’re seeking further information about any of our commercial equipment, please don't hesitate to email us on enquiries@uecoffee.com, or call and speak to one of our equipment specialists who will be able to offer you professional, unbiased guidance.
