Maintaining quality
standards
We are able to monitor the quality of our coffee and ensure that the very highest standards are maintained by way of our ongoing, on-site, quarterly quality control visit.
Each customer will receive a visit from a customer care manager no less than once every 12 weeks, free of charge.
During this visit we will
check the settings on your
machine, recalibrating both your grinder and machine
if required so that the precise amount of coffee is being dispensed,
ensuring that the grind is set perfectly so that you get great espresso results every time.
