Tasting Notes: Lime, Marshmallow, Biscuit

What we think: Citrus notes on the nose, caramel and marzipan. Leafy and sweet. Lime, biscuit, dark choc and bready. Another hugely versatile coffee. Well made, that lime flavour can come through but if you use a more traditional recipe you can expect biscuit and dark chocolate. Try 18g-40g-30s. If you are keen to taste all the limeness try 18g-40g-20s. The amount of water should dull down high acid, leaving you with all the fruitiness.

Roasting Notes: The lighter we roast the better we found, the fruity acidity coming out, however we've opted for a medium roast profile which makes the rich caramel body more prominent along with the fruits which is a pure delight in the cup.
