Are you looking for an opportunity to elevate your career or start afresh with the potential to excel in the specialised coffee industry? Look no further, as we are currently hiring baristas to join our team of experienced professionals at our renowned and popular speciality roastery and café in Witney, located in the picturesque region of West Oxfordshire.
Whilst previous experience in the industry is desirable, it is not essential as we will provide you with adequate training to excel in the craft. You will have the chance to work with some of the most advanced espresso machines such as the Victoria Arduino Black Eagle, My75 and Mahlkonig.
Upon successful completion of your initial working period, we offer sponsored Speciality Coffee Association accredited training to ensure you stay up to date with the latest trends in the industry.
We provide the highest rates of pay in Oxfordshire based on your level of experience, along with staff benefits and the opportunity to work with one of the leading independent speciality coffee roasters in the UK.
However, this job requires a can-do attitude, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to learn. It is imperative that you understand the importance of working in a team where exceptional customer service standards are always a priority.
In return, we offer a comprehensive staff benefits package that includes an hourly rate of pay of £11 upwards, depending on your level of experience, 28 days of paid annual holiday, free lunch and drinks on shift, a guaranteed full-time contract, a uniform provided, a staff benefit scheme, and sponsored SCA accredited and certificated training covering foundation, intermediate and professional courses, which are internationally recognised within the coffee industry. You will also have the opportunity for career progression and increased remuneration with a growing business.
To apply, kindly send us a cover letter outlining what motivates you, what you love about Ue Coffee Roasters, where your passion for coffee originates, and why you are the perfect fit for our business, along with your C.V to nico@uecoffeeroasters.com. We can't wait to hear from you!
