OVERSEAS SHIPPING CHARGES

You can select between DHL or Royal Mail for all international orders. Please contact your local customs office to find out more about what taxation policies are in place. As these vary from country to country, our shipping costs do not include customs clearance charges or import duties and these might come as an additional cost. 

DHL: 

Please note that our shipping prices with DHL have increased recently. For expedited overseas shipping and orders exceeding the 2kg weight limit with Royal Mail, DHL offers different services depending on your final destination. DHL Express deliveries can be expected between 3-6 working days. DHL Economy Select deliveries can be expected between 4-10 working days.

Royal Mail: 

Below are the Royal Mail rates for European and Rest of World orders. Should you choose this service, we recommend you purchase tracked shipping as we're unable to track parcels outside of the UK. 

Different countries have different internal postal requirements such as; signed, tracked and signed and tracked. Please be aware of this when selecting your tracking service. 

Once you've placed your order, you'll receive your tracking number with your shipping confirmation.

SHIPPING TO RUSSIA & THE MIDDLE EAST

Unfortunately we do not ship to Russia or Middle Eastern countries.

SHIPPING TIMES & MISSING OR DELAYED DELIVERY


All UK orders are shipped as standard as Royal Mail 48 Hour delivery unless an alternative service has been requested at checkout. Although we cannot guarantee a 2 day delivery, we find the service highly reliable with delays few and far between resulting in no more than a 7 working day wait except in the situations when there are public Bank Holidays or industrial action which may extend the above lead-time.

All UK orders shipped with DHL are for next working day delivery. Although we cannot guarantee next day delivery, we find these usually arrive within 3 working days, please note DHL does not deliver on Saturdays.

International orders are also shipped via Royal Mail and can arrive anytime between 3 working days and 3 weeks depending on the destination.

International orders with DHL Express expedited shipping arrives between 3-6 working days dependent on the location and Economy Select between 4-10 working days dependent on location.

OTHER

International Shipping – Customs Clearance & Import Taxes: Ue Coffee Roasters Ltd cannot accept responsibility for customs clearance or any import tax, country-specific customs charges or local country tax. Please check with your local customs before purchasing.

We are currently unable to ship any electrical goods containing lithium batteries to China, due to custom rules and regulations.

Sales to non-business customers that are located outside the UK will be distributed using Delivered At Place (DAP) shipping terms. The customer is the ‘importer of record’ and liable for any import VAT/customs duty that may apply on import.

RETURNS POLICY

Non-consumable goods


We will accept returns of any equipment or faulty goods. Equipment or merchandise must be returned unused in its original packaging to Ue Coffee Roasters Ltd, 11a - 11b Windrush Ind. Park, Linkwood Road, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX29 7HA.

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Non-faulty goods must be returned at your own cost and you must provide evidence of having returned the item. We will organise for faulty goods to be collected from you; we will use our own courier and you will be required to be available for a nominated collection.

Consumable goods

Whilst we want you to be happy with your order, as coffee is a consumable good we will only replace or refund coffee if it is faulty or damaged in any way.

This is subject to assessment by our Customer Service team and Head of Coffee, as applicable.
