You Can Register For an Online Wholesale Partner Account Below
By clicking on the button below, you can effortlessly register for an online wholesale account, which grants you full access to our wide range of products and trade partner pricing. A brief questionnaire will be presented to you, and once we have approved your account, we will promptly send an email confirmation, indicating that you can place your first order.

Frequently Asked Questions
Delivery Lead-Time
In order to ensure timely processing of your order, we kindly request
that you place your wholesale order between Monday and Wednesday.
This will enable us to roast and dispatch your order within the same working week.
Any orders received after 10:30 am will automatically be scheduled for roasting on the next working day.
If your order is uregently required, we recommend that you call the roastery on 01993 706767 Ext. 1 and notify us so that we can expedite your order
How Long Will My Order Take Once Dispatched From The Roastery
We take pride in our daily roasting and dispatch all orders using a
next-day tracked service via DHL, when delivering within the UK. Please note that orders being shipped to Ireland and Europe will require an additional 2-4 working days for transit.
For countries outside the EU, orders may take up to 7 working days for transit once the order leaves our roastery.
Payment of my Wholesale Order
At Ue Coffee Roasters, we operate on the principle of receiving payment prior to the release of your order. This approach guarantees confidence in the quality of our service and product.
If you have a 30 day credit account with us, orders will only be released if your account is within terms or within the allocated credit limit that you would have been notified about when setting up your account.
What's The Process From When I Place My Wholesale Order
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the specifics of your order. Invoices become available after your order is uploaded to our roastery schedule. For all pro-forma accounts, your order will only be processed once full payment has been received. Your online account will provide access to invoices and other account details.
