Cold Brew Brewing Instructions
Recipe
Serves 2 cups
40g of coarsely ground coffee
480ml of filtered cold water
Approximate brew time 12-18 hours
Serves 4 cups
80g of coarsely ground coffee
960ml of filtered cold water
Approximate brew time 12-18 hours
Serves 8 cups
160g of coarsely ground coffee
1.9 litre of filtered cold water
Approximate brew time 12-18 hours
Method:
- Place all of the coffee into the base of a large, clean, plastic container.
- Add the cold filtered water and stir vigorously.
- Seal the container with an air tight lid and place into a fridge for the desired brew time. The longer the coffee is brewed, the stronger the taste.
- Pass all of the liquid through a fine paper or cloth filter to remove all remaining coffee grounds.
- Serve over ice with or without milk and store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
