These terms of order in no way affect your statutory rights as a consumer. No contract will subsist between you and Ue Coffee Roasters Ltd for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Ue Coffee Roasters Ltd accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Ue Coffee Roasters Ltd sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). Ue Coffee Roasters Ltd reserves the right to refuse any order which is deemed to have not been conducted in the correct way or where any foul play may have taken place. Ue Coffee Roasters Ltd also retains the right to not complete any order it wishes to do so providing that the monies have not been taken or a full refund is given. By placing an order and giving credit card details on our secure server you the consumer is bound and contracted to complete the sale unless Ue Coffee Roasters Ltd decides otherwise.
Ue Coffee Roasters Ltd Refund Policy
If goods are returned due to being faulty, so long as they are returned within a reasonable time the remedy afforded to the customer, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), is a refund. Also, where a consumer exercises his cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of there cancellation.

When you purchase something from our shop, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

SHOPIFY
Our shop is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is shopd through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They shop your data on a secure server in the US behind a firewall.
Payment
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify shops your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is shopd only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa and MasterCard.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our shop and its service providers.
KLARNA
In order to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna's own privacy notice.

To abide by the changing data protection law on May 25 2018, we have followed a legitimate interest and re-consent campaign for all email addresses stored on our database. We followed this legitimate interest rule: If anyone has engaged with an Origin Coffee email or transacted on www.origincoffee.co.uk the last 2 years. Anyone who doesn’t fit this criteria will be receive an email asking them to opt-in. Anyone who fails to opt-in will have their information removed. Anyone signing up after May 25 2018, will be asked to 'opt-in' by filling out a consent form.

Payment Methods
Ue Coffee Roasters Ltd take credit card orders from most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express). All payment transactions conducted through our website are handled and transacted through Stripe.com dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Promotional Activities
Ue Coffee Roasters Ltd will on occasion offer additional discounts or multi buy promotions on it's products. Such offers are provided at our discretion and as such we reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions and / or discontinue the offer at anytime. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All gift cards which have been purchased as part of an online promotion at www.uecoffeeroasters.com cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers or promotions either online or in-store.
Delivery
Expect delivery of your order within 28 days although most items will be dispatched within 48 hrs and received within 36-72 hrs. We dispatch our products to you using either Royal Mail or DHL (depending on the option you select at checkout). Each option has its own stated delivery time frames. If we cannot deliver the goods within this time we will tell the consumer immediately and agree on another time for delivery. If we cannot agree on another time, we will offer the consumer a refund. Delivery prices are priced on weight and will be added automatically when an order is placed. This will be broken down into the component of price and delivery charge. The final price will be in pounds sterling (unless otherwise stated).
Cancellation Rights
You as the consumer are given the right to cancel as required by the Distance Selling Regulations (to not include beans that are ground to your personal specification.) You the consumer have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason. The cancellation period in the case of contracts for the supply of goods begins with the day on which the contract is concluded. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. You the consumer can be asked to return and pay for the cost of returning the goods. Handling Complaints
We will in every case acknowledge complaints within 5 working days. We will in every case advise the consumer how long it will take to resolve the complaint. We will in every case keep the consumer informed throughout the process
