The BRITA Purity C 1100 Finest iQ Quell ST CU (model CU 291) represents the pinnacle of professional water filtration technology—designed for high-volume commercial environments such as cafés, coffee shops, vending machines, and combi-steam ovens. Employing BRITA’s four-stage Systematic Filter Technology (pre-filtration, carbonate-hardness reduction, activated-carbon treatment—including bypass water—and fine microfiltration), it eliminates limescale, chlorine, heavy metals (e.g. lead and copper), and fine particulates to protect equipment and elevate beverage quality. With IntelliBypass technology, it ensures a consistent bypass flow regardless of usage rate, maintaining optimal quality even at low flow.

At a standard 40 % bypass with water hardness of 10 °dH, the cartridge delivers up to 11,500 litres, with roughly 9,960 L at 30 % bypass and 7,200 L without bypass. Featuring compact dimensions (approximately 557 mm height × 188 mm diameter) and weighing around 7.7 kg dry, this cartridge integrates smoothly into Purity C systems—connector head sold separately.
