The BRITA Purity C 30% Head is a professional-grade connector designed to fit all Purity C (Quell ST) filter cartridges, including the C 50, C 150, C 300, C 500, and C 1100 models. This fixed‑bypass version directs approximately 70% of the water through the filter, leaving 30% untreated—a carefully balanced ratio widely preferred for coffee machines and hot-drink equipment in moderate water hardness scenarios. It features space-saving inlet and outlet ports on the same side, a tool-free rotary locking handle with integrated shut-off, plus a flush/bleed valve that enables quick, hygienic pre-rinsing and maintenance without removing hoses. Available with either G 3/8″ BSP or John Guest 8 mm push‑fit connections, the head supports compact installations in vertical, horizontal, or overhead orientations and tolerates pressures up to ~8.6 bar and temperatures from 4 °C to 30 °C. When fitted to the correct system, this connector ensures consistent water quality, simplifies cartridge replacement, and enhances reliability in demanding beverage applications.
