Ocelot Chocolate is an independent maker based in Edinburgh, Scotland, founded by Matt and Ish in 2013. What began in their apartment kitchen and local farmers markets has grown into a small factory with a passionate team – but their commitment to quality and ethics remains unchanged.

Every bar is crafted with the finest ethical ingredients and a focus on sustainable practices. Packaging is as thoughtful as the chocolate itself: FSC-certified paper stock on the outside, and 100% home- and industrial-compostable film on the inside. By choosing smaller profit margins, Ocelot ensures every bar is as ethical as it is delicious.

Just as important as the chocolate is the art that wraps it. Each design is hand-drawn by Matt and Ish, created with meaning and pride – giving every bar a story as rich as its flavour.

Ocelot’s chocolate is made to be savoured like fine wine or artisan cheese, with flavour notes that unfold in waves and linger long after the last bite. An experience that is both beautiful and unforgettable.
