Known for their wood-fired sourdoughs and pastries, Wild Hearth create everything by hand with organic flours, wild starters, and a state-of-the-art oven fuelled entirely by waste wood from local timber milling.

The chocolate itself is crafted from rare Arriba cacao beans grown on Ecuador’s Esmeraldas coast. With rich caramel notes, it perfectly complements the spiced, buttery crunch of the cinnamon bun for a bar that’s indulgent, warming, and deeply satisfying.
