About this coffee;
Introducing our ‘Cotswold Blend,’ a delightful mix featuring naturally processed Brazilian coffee from the esteemed Ibiraci region.
Situated in the southern part of Minas Gerais, Ibiraci is celebrated for its exceptional Brazilian coffees. The ideal mix of altitude, rainfall, and yearly average temperature results in a coffee with high natural sweetness.
This sweetness is further enhanced by the natural processing method, endowing the blend with delicious notes of sweet toffee, chocolate, and nuts.
This harmoniously balanced, full-bodied coffee is a true indulgence with its rich, sweet, and luxurious flavour which can be likened to a Northern Italian espresso style. We particularly enjoy using this blend as a base for espresso, as it creates a fantastic flat white!

Brew Recipe
Espresso: 1:2 coffee to water, extracted in 28 – 32 seconds
Filter: 60-65g coffee per litre of water, brewed for 3-4 mins

Roast Days
We roast and despatch Monday to Friday. All orders placed after 10am on Friday will be roasted and despatched the following Monday.
