Ocelot Chocolate is a small, independent chocolate maker based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Founded in 2013 by Matt and Ish, what began in their apartment kitchen and local farmers’ markets has grown into a little factory and a dedicated team – all driven by a love for truly exceptional chocolate.

Their ethos is simple: the finest ethical ingredients, sustainable practices, and chocolate made with integrity. Every bar is wrapped in FSC-certified paper with fully compostable inner film, proving that indulgence can be both delicious and responsible. Matt and Ish also design all the artwork themselves, ensuring each wrapper carries as much meaning as the chocolate inside.

Much like fine wine or artisan cheese, Ocelot chocolate is made to be savoured. Flavour notes arrive in waves, linger long after the last bite, and remind you that great chocolate is one of life’s most special pleasures.
