Crafted with care, the bar blends silky white chocolate with a unique olive oil made in a family-run mill in Puglia, where fresh organic lemons are stone-ground with the olives at harvest. The white chocolate is made with fine organic cacao beans from the Yuna River Valley in the Dominican Republic, rich milk from Swiss brown cows grazing on alpine pastures, and raw organic cane sugar for natural sweetness. Finished in plastic-free packaging and made in the UK, it’s a bar that’s as thoughtful as it is delicious.
